I love that you are not doing a 100 repetitions of each exercise. It’s only 12 reps of each and then repeating the series doing 8 reps. And you feel it after the first workout. The exercises are simple but get the job done. There is a beg and an adv version. I memorize the tempo and the exercises and do it during my favorite tv show. Tamilee is a great instructor too. I love it!
